Hello! My name is Jeremy Burrows.

My full legal name is William Jeremiah Burrows, but most people call me Jeremy. You can call me Bob, if you’d like, but don’t get mad when I don’t respond.

I’m an extroverted introvert who loves Jesus, my wife Meghan, my sons Weston and Silas, my family, my friends, coming up with business ideas, music, and the Kansas City Royals.

I’m a longtime Executive Assistant with experience supporting fast-paced, high-capacity executives.

I launched this site (originally GoBurrows.com, now LeaderAssistant.com) in 2016 to help executives and assistants gain more time, energy, and success.

I’m currently Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO of Capacity – a support automation platform that helps teams do their best work.

I’m also founder and host of the highest rated podcast for assistants – The Leader Assistant Podcast (over 1.1 million downloads) – on which my guests and I challenge and encourage assistants to become confident, game-changing leaders.

I’ve had the opportunity to speak at administrative and executive assistant conferences all over the world, including Hong Kong, Thailand, and Germany.

I’m also the founder and keynote speaker of Leader Assistant Live, which hosts online and on-site events for administrative professionals and executive assistants.
